Seated on a narrow elevated plot, the facade gives the building a sculptural appearance providing the apartments with natural light and views of the surrounding hills whilst allowing its inhabitants enough privacy and calmness. The use of two different materials for the projections adds to the aesthetic but not monotonous facade.
