Design form developed from the concept of Yin and Yang creating two zones housing different programs in the same space, connected with a landscaped podium and bridges on the upper levels. The green terraces provide outdoor space for the suites, visually connecting the building to the sea. The end result is a juxtaposition of the curvilinear form and the garden decks, thus revealing an innovative structure that stands out.
